Greenbank offers an array of specialised services.
Our sales and technical staff evaluate system requirements together with prospective customers, to establish design and components best suited to the process demands and with optimum economy of use.
A full site survey and detailed report can be offered where new equipment is to be integrated with existing plant or the performance of existing plant is to be improved.
Our engineering design staff may perform specific studies or equipment concept design where resources are not available in-house.
We undertake comprehensive process and manufacturing design, liaising throughout with the client's technical and production staff and co-suppliers of equipment.
Greenbank is supported by one of the most "state of the art" automated sheet metal fabrication shops in Europe. Through a continued program of investment in machinery and people, our manufacturing facility offers unrivalled quality and excellence.
A comprehensive installation service is offered, or we can provide supervision over local labour as required, a service particularly favoured by our overseas clients.
Following the completion of installation, Greenbank commissioning staff will visit the site to assess the performance of the plant and perform any necessary adjustments.
A comprehensive operations and maintenance manual incorporating a list of recommended spare parts is provided when the completed contract is handed over to the client.
Greenbank also recognises that customer requirements are not always matched by the conventional design-fabricate-install contract structure for the supply of standard equipment.
For 'specials' the engineering, thermodynamics and psychrometric experience of Greenbank staff is available for development, feasibility and first-stage design studies.
For distant projects Greenbank will perform a conventional contract but where skills and resources are available locally, provide the purchaser with manufacturing detail for procurement of any fabrication.
